Appointments
We know you have many choices when choosing a Dentist in Frederick, MD so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our Web site. If, for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible.

Insurance and Billing
In all cases, the financial obligation for dental treatment is between you and our office. While we accept payments from most traditional insurance plans, please contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. Your insurance company is responsible to you, and not to our office. We will happily assist you in obtaining your benefits in any way that we can, however, we can not be responsible for denial of coverage by your insurance company. Ballenger Creek Dental Associates does not participate in Health Management Organizations. We are a member of the United Concordia Network.

Payment Options
For new patients, regardless of your insurance coverage, we do require payment at the time of service. Once we have been able to verify and estimate coverage, we can make financial arrangements with insurance benefits in mind. We accept checks, cash or credit cards. We also offer a flexible payment plan. Please ask our Administrative Coordinator for details.
