Accepted Insurance Carriers
We accept most insurance carriers. we are considered a non-participating provider with all carriers. Please check with your carrier for details on out of network benefits, or call our office for help.

Payment Options
We are happy to accept Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover for payment. If you have insurance we will file your claims for you. Co-pays and payment for non-covered services is expected on the day of your visit. If you do not have insurance, payment is due in full at your visit. We also offer CareCredit financing to help you with your dental health needs.

Appointments
You may call our office during regular business hours to schedule your appointments or you may request an appointment anytime online at this website. We will be happy to look for an appointment that is convenient for you.

Insurance and Billing
We accept most insurance plans and network for HRI and Delta Dental. Dr. Stoller participates in selected HMOs and will be happy to file your insurance claims for you. We accept checks, cash or credit cards. We also offer a flexible payment plan. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dentist.
