Our New Patient Experience begins with a comprehensive evaulation and finishes with a personalized treatment plan to meet your needs and desires.

Your initial oral examination includes a visual examination, charting (including photographs), and a screening for gum disease. We will also take necessary x-rays, which may include a panoramic x-ray (for diagnosis of the jaw and surrounding structures) or a series of approriate films to diagnosis decay (cavities) of the teeth and the health of the bone and tissues that support the teeth.   From the information that is gathered - Your Doctor will diagnosis and provide treatment recommendations that will be reviewed at your indivualized consultation appointment.

Insurance and Billing

We accept most traditional insurance plans, contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. Drs. DeLacy and Coombs do not participate in Health Management Organizations; however, we will be happy to file your insurance claims for you.

Driving Directions 

Sandusky Office

Located in the heart of the City of Sandusky.  We sit just North of the "middle" stoplight on Dawson Street.  If you are familar with the area, we are on the street that leads to the local fairgrounds.  Turn North at the stoplight onto Dawson and you will make an immediate right into our parking lot.  The building is brick with a green steel roof.

 

 

Lexington Office

Located on the main street in the Village of Lexington.  The building sits on the northeast corner of Huron Avenue and Washington.  Huron Ave is the eastern end of M-90 that runs directly to the Lexington Harbor.  The building is light blue building with the front facing south.
