Appointments

We know you have many choices when choosing a dentist so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our website.  We understand emergencies occur and ask that you notify us 48 hours in advance if you need to reschedule your appointment.   If you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible.

Insurance and Billing

We accept most traditional insurance plans but it is best to contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. Our dental practice is a member of The Affordable Health Network which allows patients WITHOUT dental insurance discounted fees.  We accept checks, debit or credit cards, and also offer a 5% cash discount.  We also offer a flexible monthly payment plan through CareCredit and Capital One.  Our Financial Coordinator will be happy to assist you to provide payment options.  If you have dental insurance please provide that information when scheduling your appointment . In order to coordinate benefits with scheduled treatment, this information is needed at least one day before your appointment.

Payment Options

We accept cash, checks, debit and credit cards. We also offer a flexible payment plan. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dentist.
