DIGITAL RADIOGRAPHS

The latest  digital radiographs gives superior image quality  with instant x-rays. This technology also minimizes  exposure to radiation by 90%. Dental x-rays are great preventative and diagnostic tools, providing valuable information not visible during a regular dental exam. We can use this information to safely and accurately detect hidden dental abnormalities and complete an accurate treatment plan. Without x-rays, problem areas may go undetected.

INTRAORAL CAMERA

This camera provides an amazing view of your mouth that you have never seen before. The clarity provided by this instrument will highlight your oral health which will help us in ultimate diagnosis. The use of our intraoral camera will allow you to see and understand that a beautiful smile is transformative.

Dental Magnification Loupes

Dentists must work in very small spaces, and they have to be accurate to a fraction of a millimeter – fortunately, the latest dental technology can help. We use the same special prismatic magnification glasses, known as "loupes," as surgeons, which help them practice the extreme attention to detail and exacting precision needed to best serve patients during complex procedures. A complete exam will be done under magnification to tell us the condition of your teeth, gums, and underlying bone.  We utilizes the most advanced techniques and technology, so every patient can look and feel confident.

PANAROMIC X-RAYS

Panoramic X-rays do what the name suggests. They  wrap-around photographs of your face and teeth, offering a otherwise invisible view. X-rays in general, bring to light hidden structures, such as wisdom teeth, reveal preliminary signs of cavities and also illuminate fractures and bone loss.
Panoramic X-rays are easy and simple to perform. Typically, dental X-rays involve film being placed inside your mouth, but panoramic film is hidden inside a mechanism that rotates around the outside of your head.Panoramic X-rays are generally taken on an as-needed basis, unlike bitewing X-rays that require re-takes every few years. A panoramic x-ray is used to provide a better view of the sinus areas nasal areas and mandibular nerve. Panoramic X-rays are preferable to bitewing X-rays when you're in extreme pain, and when a sinus problem is suspected to have caused dental problems.

PANORAMIC X-RAYS ARE USED TO:
Assess patients with an extreme gag reflex
Evaluate the progression of TMJ
Expose cysts and abnormalities
Expose impacted teeth
Expose jawbone fractures
Plan treatment (full and partial dentures, braces and implants)
Reveal gum disease and cavities
