Our Team

Dr. Theresa Brown-Doonquah is a General Dentist at the ReStore Dental Center of Hampton Roads, PC. Dr. Brown-Doonquah proudly has over 30 years of experience in the dental industry.

As an HBCU alum, Dr. Brown-Doonquah earned her undergraduate degree from Norfolk State University. She then went on to Howard University’s College of Dentistry where she graduated in 1988.
To further her professional knowledge and skills Dr. Brown-Doonquah began providing dental care to patients both in the United States Army and Air Force.

Dr. Brown-Doonquah prides herself on fostering great doctor/patient relationships and working collaboratively with patients in the approach to their oral health care needs. 

Dr. Jennifer Legree hails from the Sunshine State, beautiful Florida. She earned a B.S. degree in Chemistry from Florida A & M University and a M. S. in Biochemistry from Barry University. She fulfilled her lifelong dream of becoming a dentist, earning her DDS degree from New York University. Before matriculating to UPenn, Dr. Legree completed a 1-year General Practice Residency at Interfaith Hospital in Brooklyn, NY. Most recently, she graduated from University of Pennsylvania with a certificate in Prosthodontics. Dr. Legree is very passionate about dentistry and desires to leave her mark in the world by helping others, one smile at a time.

Dr. Boyd, is a native of Norfolk, Virginia, and a graduate of Howard University (Washington, DC) with a degree in Microbiology (1989).  He received his Doctorate of Dental  Surgery degree- DDS from Virginia Commonwealth University’s “Medical College of Virginia” (1994) and has practiced dentistry now for 30  years- 29 of those years in the Hampton Roads area. 

Dr. Boyd loves providing cosmetic dental procedures for his patients and having completed a Masters Series in Implant Dentistry, he has an advanced skill set for  placing and restoring Dental Implants. Dr. Boyd has placed hundreds of Dental Implants here in the Hampton Roads area and has forever practiced under his motto- “Creating and Restoring Smiles. Patients who’ve had the opportunity to receive care from Dr. Boyd have remembered and enjoyed his gentle hands, his attention to detail and at times his chair-side singing.  Dr. Boyd is a longstanding member of the International Dental Implant Association.

Dr. Boyd’s giving and caring spirit extend far beyond the dental office. For over 25 years, Dr. Boyd has given back to the Hampton Roads community via mentoring, teaching and coaching youth athletics. He currently coaches a girls AAU (Travel) basketball team under the Boo Williams Summer League Organization and has been with the organization for over 16 seasons. He also has served as Assistant Coach for several local High School Girls Varsity Basketball programs .

Dr. Boyd is a member of Gethsemane Community Fellowship Baptist Church in Norfolk and Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc.

When Dr. Boyd is not in the office, coaching or playing basketball or out in the community mentoring our youth, he’s spending time with his wife, Reaco, and their family.

Elizabeth McCray is a Registered Dental Hygienist who graduated summa cum laude from Old Dominion University with a Bachelor's Degree in Dental Hygiene in 2021 and is also a current member of the American Dental Hygienists Association. 

Before pursuing a career in dental hygiene, Elizabeth served in the United States Navy as a helicopter mechanic and is currently serving as a Reservist active duty member in the United States Navy.

Originally from the great state of Ohio, Elizabeth has been a resident of the Hampton Roads area since 2014. She and her husband shares two boykin spaniel dogs and 2 young daughters with another daughter on the way.
