Orthodontic Records

While we can often answer general questions about treatment at the initial exam appointment, orthodontic records will be taken to determine an exact course of treatment. These records include:

A cephalometric x-ray
(a side x-ray of the head)

A panoramic x-ray
(an x-ray of the upper and lower jaws and teeth)

Study models of the teeth

Photographs of the teeth and bite

After Dr. Arnold has evaluated the records, he discusses all aspects of treatment at a consultation appointment. This appointment will provide ample time to answer all of your questions regarding treatment, time frames and financial options.
