Ellie - Registered Dental Hygienist
My name is Ellie. I joined the Bircher Family Dental Care team in 2019. I attended Eastern Illinois University and I have an Associates in Dental Hygiene from Lakeland College. I love educating patients to improve their dental health. I especially enjoy working with our younger patients and putting them at ease.
Jess - Dental Assistant
My name is Jess, I have worked as a dental assistant for Bircher Family Dental Care since 2010. I completed my assistant training at Advanced Dental Careers as well as expanded function training in coronal polishing and sealant placement. I really enjoy working with patients, especially our young patients, to improve their oral hygiene. Please ask me if you have any questions about tooth care.
Cheyenne - Dental Assistant
My name is Cheyenne. I joined the Bircher Family Dental Care Team in 2020. I graduated from Advanced Dental Careers in 2019 with a certificate in dental assisting. I have been serving in the Air Force National Guard since 2016. I understand and promote the importance of a healthy smile as a link to great overall health.
Courtney - Lead Assistant
My name is Courtney. I have worked as a dental assistant for Bircher Family dental care since March of 2015. I completed my assistant training at Advanced Dental Careers. I love meeting our patients and putting them at ease. I also have the important job of making sure the treatment rooms and instruments are sterilized properly.
Nicole - Front Office Manager
My name is Nicole and I am the Front Office Manager for Bircher Family Dental Care. I received my dental assisting certification from Advanced Dental Careers in 2000 and expanded function training in coronal polishing and sealant placement in 2006. During my 17 years of experience, I have gained optimal knowledge in every corner of the dental office and developed a strong passion for dentistry. I may be seen assisting with procedures in the back or helping you with appointments, insurance estimates, co-payments, and financing up front. My favorite part about my job is educating patients on their treatment and developing trust and relationships with the patients. I love to make conversation, make people laugh, and help ease your anxiety! I hope to make your experience at our office as informative and inviting as possible!
