We provide a comfortable and safe atmosphere for our patients. At the moment we are transitioning to a state-of-the-art facility for the highest quality dental care available, including digital x-rays. It is one of our top priorities to protect the well-being of our valued patients. For this reason, our office meets and surpasses all OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) and CDC (Center for Disease Control) standards. We are confident that you will feel right at home in our office as we welcome all patients as if they were family.

If you would like to make an appointment, please contact our office by text, phone to (480) 969-3069 or email. We always do our best to accommodate our patients with dental emergencies. New patients are also a priority when in pain, so please call or text us as soon as possible.

Financial

We will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits. Dr. Cottle offers a special plan for our uninsured patients. Participating in our TEETH FOR LIFE PREFERRED PLAN allows patients an incredible opportunity that they otherwise would not have with any other dental provider. A complete payment plan (OAC) is designed with an appropriate payment schedule. Forms of payment accepted are check, cash, CareCredit* or any major credit card.  Payment is required at time of treatment.

Cancellation

As we have reserved your appointment time for you, if you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient.
