At Teeth For Life we provide patient focused, state-of-the-art dental care in a friendly, comfortable atmosphere. Our Teeth For Life Preferred Savings Plan is one more benefit we offer our patients for improving and maintaining your oral health and overall systemic health and well being.
Membership in the Teeth For Life Preferred Savings Plan* (TFLP) is an individual plan for twelve (12) consecutive months from the date of enrollment. Fees for the TFLP are to be paid in full upon enrollment in the plan unless payment arrangements are made in advance. Members may choose to renew their annual membership automatically or in person.
**TFLP is not available to those who have or receive benefits from any other group or insurance plans**
TFLP enrollment eligibility is determined upon the completion of your Comprehensive Dental Examination and Radiographs.
