Belotero Chicago

Belotero is a hyaluronic acid dermal filler which offer an excellent skin integration due to its clear color and thin consistency. Therefore, Belotero® products are ideal for smoothing and filling fine skin wrinkles. Dr. Elseweifi in Bucktown, Chicago uses Belotero and other dermal fillers for facial rejuvenation

How does Belotero works?

Belotero dermal filler is injected into the skin using a needle or cannula. Once injected, Belotero achieves the following results:

  • Belotero immediately fills the skin creases and smoothens out skin wrinkles.
  • Belotero supports tissues of the face and adds volume.

How is Belotero different from other dermal fillers?

Belotero dermal filler is very clear. This allows it to be placed very high up in the dermis, the second layer of the skin without showing through.  Other dermal fillers result in bluish discoloration (Tyndall effect) if placed superficially.  Therefore, Belotero is the best filler for erasing fine lines on the face.

Where can Belotero Dermal filler be used?

  1. To smoothen and correct superficial fine etched in lines and wrinkles of the skin. Belotero is an excellent dermal filler for eliminating fine lines in sensitive areas such as around the eyes (crow’s feet.).
  2. To fill moderate to severe lines such as the naso-labial folds.
  3. To Replace lost volume and smoothen of unwanted wrinkles in the cheeks and chin.
  4. For lip augmentation to restore lip volume and definition. Belotero treats thin lips caused by tooth loss.
  5. Belotero can be used to smoothen horizontal neck lines and filling the glabellar lines.
  6. To treat drooping mouth corners.

At Bucktown Dental Associates, we combine Belotero with other dermal fillers, thread lift, and Botox to create a customized treatment plan.

How long does Belotero last?

All Hyaluronic acid dermal fillers are completely broken down within the skin over a period of months. Belotero lasts an average of 5-6 months. When Belotero is injected superficially, it may last shorter than that.
