Elaine – Office Manager/Front Desk

Patients, friends and family who know her enthusiastically agree — the phrase "real people person," may as well have been invented to describe Elaine. Perhaps it's because her nature is to treat patients and friends as family. In a former career of many years, Elaine gained plenty of valuable "people" experience as a flight attendant for Delta Airlines. Now that she spends more time back on the ground, she enjoys walking while listening to her favorite music, as well as spending time with her husband and their companion Nick, a spirited and friendly labrador retriever.

Amanda – Registered Dental Hygienist

Amanda has been a Dental Hygienist in the Nashville area for nineteen years. When she is not at Brentwood Dental Center taking care of patients (her second family), she and her husband Roddy are busy with their two children and their dog Lily. They spend most of their time outside playing with the children, softball games, enjoying friends and family, and cheering on the Nashville Predators.

Pam – Registered Dental Hygienist

When the day is beautiful and she's not at the dental center interacting with patients, you may find Pam out on the golf course. And if a beautiful day is followed by a gorgeous night, then you may find her swing dancing or ballroom dancing. Pam enjoys traveling and tries to take a cruise every year. She has 2 daughters, 2 granddaughters, and one grandson.

Vickie L. Franks - Registered Dental Assistant

Vickie joined Brentwood Dental Center in 2019. She loves having the opportunity to have a hand in giving someone confidence in their smile and overall health. Plus, she enjoys the satisfaction in helping to change lives by educating our patients about great oral and physical health.

Vickie brings to our practice a wealth of experience with over 15 years in the field of dentistry which is why we are confident in her abilities to provide complete patient care.

From her early start as a sterilization tech to advancing as a chairside dental assistant for over a decade, Vickie adds to her strong background by staying up to date with continuous education in the dental field.

Vickie is married to Johnny and she has three grown two-legged children and a four-legged Scottie/Westie one as well. When she isn’t helping create healthy, beautiful smiles, she loves hiking, working out, SEC football and don’t forget about shopping. And, she loves being a personal trainer as well, helping ladies regain their health and wellness.
