INSURANCE — We will gladly bill your insurance company for you. We participate with Delta Dental, Careington and Always Care. Insurance policies generally only cover a portion of the total treatment cost. Unless other arrangements have been made, we ask that you pay your estimated portion of the bill at the time of the treatment. It is your responsibility to pay any balance not paid by your insurance company.
