ALAN K. PROCHOT, DDS

Dr. Prochot graduated from Loyola Dental School in 1982. Prior to that, he attended Loyola University undergrad, where he received his bachelors degree in psychology. Dr. Prochot has been practicing for over 30 years, and has been in Monee since 1996. Dr. Prochot is certified in Laser Periodontal Surgery in addition to many other dental procedures. He is also a senior consultant for MetLife Insurance. A list of professional societies Dr. Prochot belongs to includes the American Dental Association, Illinois State Dental Society, and Chicago Dental Society.

STEVE FUGAJ, DDS

Dentist

Dr. Steve. Fugaj joined our practice in 2013. He graduated from the UIC College of Dentistry in 2012 after receiving his bachelors degree in biology from St. Xavier in 2008. In addition to most aspects of general dentistry, Dr. Steve has special training for surgical extractions and implants as well. He is very knowledgeable and will happily answer any dental questions or concerns you may have.

DANA M. 

RDH

Dana joined us in 2012 and is a very knowledgeable and skilled hygienist. She graduated from the dental hygiene program at Prairie State College in 2003 and will be one of the people cleaning and checking your teeth. Dana also has advanced training enabling her to administer anesthetics and perform periodontal therapy, including laser therapy. During your visit, she may also be taking x-rays of your teeth to aid with preventive care. Dana is great with patients of all ages and will be happy to answer any questions you may have regarding dental health and procedures.

TREATMENT COORDINATOR

Your first contact with us will probably be with Mari, who will help you set up your initial visit, go over our policies, and verify any insurance coverages. Her goal is to make your experience as easy and convenient as possible, as well as inform you of anything that will be important or relevent before your visit.

Dental insurance and payment plans make modern dentistry much more affordable, but they can often be confusing. Mari is well-versed in all aspects of dental insurance and payment options. Her knowledge and experience allows her to guide you through making the right choice for you and to maximize your insurance reimbursement!

TABETHA S. 

DENTAL ASSISTANT

Tab is Dr. Prochot's and Dr. Steve's clinical assistants. Her goal is to help make your visit as pleasant as possible from the moment you walk through the doors. She is well qualified to answer all your questions and is knowledgeable in all aspects of dental care delivery. The quality of the clinical services that we are so proud of happens because of our great "behind the scenes" staff! Some of Tab's responsibilities include room preparation and sterilization, laboratory case management and scheduling, intraoral impressions, radiography and, of course, chairside assisting.
