  • Charles E. Goodman Jr.,
    MD:
    Dermatologist

    Dr. Goodman has been practicing Dermatology in Murfreesboro since 1974. A native of Franklin County, TN, he grew up milking cows near Penile Hill community on a Decherd route. A National Merit Scholar at The University of the South in Sewanee, TN, he graduated with honors in Chemistry. After getting an MD at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, he completed his Internal Medicine Internship and Residency at Grady Hospital (Emory University) in Atlanta, GA. His residency in Dermatology was completed at the Medical College of Georgia. He is double board certified in Internal Medicine and Dermatology. Dr. Goodman is a member of The American Academy of Dermatology, Tennessee Medical Association, Tennessee Dermatology Society, and the American Medical Association. Dr. Goodman has been president of the Rutherford County Medical Society, the Nashville Dermatology Society, and the Middle Tennessee Medical Society.

    Dr. Goodman and his wife Delia live on her farm in Milton, TN. With help of 5 adult children and 11 grandchildren, they raise Polled Hereford cattle, laying hens, and fainting goats.

  • Carolyn Goodman Henn,
    DNP/FNP-C:
    Nurse Practitioner

    Carolyn joined her father’s practice in August 2018. She graduated from The University of Tennessee-Knoxville in 2010 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Biochemistry. She attended nursing school at UT Health Science Center (UTHSC) in Memphis where she earned her Master’s of Science in Nursing/Clinical Nurse Leader and an RN degree in 2012. Carolyn worked as an RN in two hospitals from 2012 to 2016 while continuing her nursing education through UTHSC. In 2016 she earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice/Family Nurse Practitioner. She is board certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. After practicing for 2 years in a family practice in Knoxville, Carolyn and her family moved back home to Milton to live on the Goodman farm.

    Carolyn works in the office Tuesday, Thursday, and Fridays. She works in a free family clinic in Grundy County Monday and Wednesday.

    Carolyn, her husband David, and their daughter Marcie are avid outdoor enthusiasts. They enjoy hiking, kayaking, and camping. They added 3 dogs, 3 cats, and 11 chickens to the farm family.

  • Vicki Curry:
    Office Assistant

    Vicki started working in the office in 2011. A native of Indiana, she comes from a background of customer service in medical practices. She will be one of the smiling faces at the front desk.

    Vicki enjoys her family, friends, and serving her church. Her hobbies include golf, walking, and shopping.

  • Suzanne Anderson:
    Office Manager

    Suzanne has worked with Dr. Goodman since August of 2000. She grew up in Middle Tennessee and graduated from McGavock highschool. Her background includes working as an EMT. She is in charge of filing insurance for the patients.

    Suzanne enjoys spending time with her husband and twin boys, traveling, and Harry Potter.
