Appointments
We know you have many choices when choosing a Podiatrist in Omaha, so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our Web site. Just click the APPOINTMENT REQUEST tab above and fill in the appropriate information.
At Omaha Foot and Ankle Specialists, we make every attempt to see patients as soon as we can and as our schedule allows. If we are unable to accommodate your requested appointment time, please ask to be put on our Cancellation list. We continually review our schedule and try to move patients when we can.
If for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment or will be delayed, please call the office as soon as possible. We reserve the right to assess a $25 fee for any appointment "no-show" or any appointment cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.
Insurance
Our office accepts a variety of insurance plans, HMO's and PPO's. It is our recommendation that you check with your insurance carrier before being seen to make sure that our providers are in-network with your specific plan.
Financial Policy
PAYMENT IS DUE UPON CHECKOUT FROM YOUR APPOINTMENT. We work diligently with insurance companies to verify patient eligibility and benefits. We also have been provided with estimates from the insurance companies as to the dollar amount allowed for services rendered during an appointment.
Please be prepared to submit payment upon checkout for services rendered and/or products dispensed.
Claims are always submitted to insurance. Our goal is to have the amount collected on the day of service match the amount listed as patient responsibility on the remittance/explanation of benefits. If it is determined that we under-collected on the day of your visit, we will send a statement for the difference. If we have over-collected, a credit will be applied to your next visit and/or a refund will be issued.
For forms of payment, we accept cash, local checks, Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
