Our Staff

Dr. Michael Cullen, an Omaha native, graduated from the University of Nebraska with a Bachelor of Science degree. In 1989, he earned his Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine from the University of Osteopathic Medicine and Health Sciences in Des Moines, IA. In 1991, after a Podiatric surgical residency at Truman Medical Center and Lakeside Hospital in Kansas City, Dr. Cullen opened his private practice, Omaha Foot and Ankle Specialists in Omaha, NE.

Dr. Penney brought his 15 years of experience to Omaha Foot and Ankle Specialists in 2021.  He is an Omaha native who graduated from Burke High School and the University of Nebraska at Lincoln.  He attended medical school at Barry University School of Graduate Medical Sciences in Miami Shores, Florida.  He then completed 4 years of foot and ankle residency training at the prestigious Grant Medical Center in Columbus, Ohio.
