Dr. Penney
Dr. Penney brought his 15 years of experience to Omaha Foot and Ankle Specialists in 2021. He is an Omaha native who graduated from Burke High School and the University of Nebraska at Lincoln. He attended medical school at Barry University School of Graduate Medical Sciences in Miami Shores, Florida. He then completed 4 years of foot and ankle residency training at the prestigious Grant Medical Center in Columbus, Ohio.
Dr. Penney has also published several articles in medical journals and has presented his research at conferences throughout North America. Dr. Penney travels the country teaching other surgeons the newest surgical techniques. While he is a gifted and accomplished surgeon it is always his first effort to try to treat his patient's conditions conservatively. Dr. Penney takes his time to get to know each patient as an individual and will work with you to formulate a treatment option that is best for you and your circumstances.Dr. Penney is married to his wife, Jill, and has two teenage children. In his free time he likes to spend time with his family, working on home improvement projects, golfing, and watching or attending live sporting events, especially his beloved Huskers and Manchester City soccer team.
