Insurance and Billing

We accept most traditional insurance plans, contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. TLC Family Dentistry does not participate in Health Management Organizations; however, we will be happy to file your insurance claims for you. We accept checks, cash, or credit cards. We also offer a flexible payment plan. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dentist.

Payment Options

We accept checks, cash, or credit cards. We also offer Care Credit, a 12 months no interest payment plan. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dentist.

Financial Policy

We are committed to providing you with the best possible care available. If you have dental insurance, we are happy to help you receive your maximum allowable benefit. We will predetermine your major treatment so that all financial matters will be fully understood.

Your patient portion is due In full at the time services are rendered. We gladly accept all major credit cards, cash, and personal checks. If you desire a payment plan, we are associated with Care Credit and participate with their 12 month no interest payment plan. We offer several other discount options for those who do not have dental insurance. Call the office for details!

• New Patient Care Bundles - We offer care bundles for adults and children with no dental insurance, at greatly discounted fees.
• Silver Discount - for those over age 60 with no dental insurance.
• Cash Discount - for those with no dental insurance.
