Ronald M. Mann, MD, F.A.A.D., F.A.C.M.S.

Ronald M. Mann, M.D., Medical Director and Owner of Catalina Dermatology, has over two decades of experience as a fellowship trained Mohs surgeon and a dermatologist. Dr. Mann is certified by the American Board of Dermatology, with subspecialty certification in Micrographic Dermatologic Surgery.   Dr. Mann has been practicing in Tucson, Arizona since August 2003.

After graduating from the University of Pennsylvania School Of Medicine, Dr. Mann completed his internship at the Graduate Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. He fulfilled a residency in dermatology at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center and thereafter completed a fellowship in Mohs Surgery at the University of Louisville in Louisville, Kentucky.

In addition to being board certified, Dr. Mann is a fellow of the American College of Mohs Surgery, and a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology.  He is a member of the Arizona Medical Association, American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery, American Contact Dermatitis Society, and Pima County Medical Society.

Dr. Mann established his private practice in 2004. He is married to Rebecca Mann, who is his practice manager. They have two grown daughters. Dr. Mann enjoys golf and traveling.

Troy Gustaveson, PA-C

Troy Gustaveson is a certified Physician Assistant who has been practicing since 2016. He grew up in Northern Arizona and started his professional career in engineering making medical devices. He quickly realized he would rather work directly with patients and returned to school to pursue a second career. Troy graduated with his master’s degree in physician assistant studies from Northern Arizona University in 2016. He then spent 6.5 years working in endocrinology before achieving his long-term goal of entering the field of dermatology. He is interested in all aspects of medical dermatology, particularly diagnosis and treatment of skin cancers. Outside of the office, Troy enjoys the company of his wife and spunky pup and spends his free time hiking and cooking.

  • Blaine Jensen

    Blaine Jensen received his Bachelor’s degree and Physician Assistant Certification in 2003, after completing the Interservice Physician Assistant Program through the U.S. military. He went on to get his Masters of Physician Assistant Studies degree from the University of Nebraska in 2005.

    He has worked in dermatology for most of his career, including several private practices and the Veterans Hospital in Madison, Wisconsin. Blaine joined Catalina Dermatology in 2015 when he moved to Tucson.

    He maintains his license and certification through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants He has special interest in skin cancer detection and treatment, as well as chronic skin conditions like psoriasis. 

    When not in the office Blaine is often found hiking the Catalinas and hitting golf balls poorly.
