    Dr. Muldowney is a Rockford native and has been practicing in the Roscoe, IL area for over 30 years.She earned her DDS degree from the University Of Illinois College Of Dentistry. Dr. Muldowney is a member of the American Dental Association, the Illinois State Dental Society and the Winnebago County Dental Society.
