Appointments
If, for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible, to avoid the charges associated with a missed or un-rescheduled appointment.
Insurance and Billing
We accept most traditional insurance plans. You may require a referral to our office if you have certain insurance plans. Please contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. Our billing staff is located at our office. If you have questions about a bill, you may call or arrange to meet with a staff member in person.
Payment Options
We accept checks, cash or credit/debit cards. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details. If you are having trouble paying your bill, please let us know. We can provide payment plans to patients in need of payment assistance.
