Dr. Crowley is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, CalDerm, American Society of Mohs Surgery, and the American Society of Dermatological Surgeons. He has served on the Medical Board of the National Psoriasis Foundation. He has been principal investigator for over 80 clinical trials and has over 100 peer-reviewed publications. He has also served as clinical faculty at both Stanford and UCLA. Dr. Crowley's Practice is limited to adults over 50 years of age, with a focus on managing skin cancer, melanoma, and complex inflammatory skin disease.

Dr. Treanor works with patients of all ages but specializes in treating skin disease of children. She has received specialized training in pediatric skin disease and treats many young patients with complicated skin problems.
With strong midwestern roots, Dr. Kristin Totoraitis earned her Bachelors of Science in Biology with honors from Oakland University in Rochester, Michigan. She continued her education at the Oakland University William Beaumont School of Medicine, completing her doctorate of medicine and graduating as a member of the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society.
Dr. Totoraitis stayed in Michigan for her intern year at Crittenton Hospital in association with Wayne State University, where she served as chief resident. She then completed her three-year dermatology residency at the University of Minnesota, where she served as chief resident and received the Robert Sias Award for resident clinical excellence.
After completion of her residency, Dr. Totoraitis moved to Bakersfield, California and joined the excellent team of providers at Bakersfield Dermatology. She has recently assumed ownership of the practice and is excited for this new chapter. Her clinical practice is diverse, caring for both pediatric and adult patients as well as performing Mohs Micrographic Surgery. She is board certified in both Dermatology and Mohs Micrographic Surgery.
A P.A. or Physician Assistant is a licensed and highly skilled health care professional, trained to provide patient evaluation, education and health care services. A P.A. works with and is supervised by a physician to provide medical care and may perform these services whether or not the physician is present.
Anita Garrett is a dermatology PA-C who has been caring for patients since graduating from the Stanford School of Medicine Physician Assistant Program in 1996. She has been certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants since 1996, including additional certification in surgery. Anita has been a valued member of the team at Bakersfield Dermatology since 1999 and has held the distinction.
In addition to her clinical work, Anita is actively involved in advancing the profession. She currently serves as Vice President of the California Dermatology Physician Assistants and has been involved with the organization for the past seven years. With decades of experience and a strong commitment to patient care, Anita is dedicated to providing high-quality dermatologic services with compassion and expertise.
Caitlin Ghilarducci, dermatology PA-C, graduated from Duke University School of Medicine Physician Assistant Program in 2017. She has been certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants since 2017. She takes a special interest in maintaining procedural excellence and staying up-to-date on advanced surgical closure techniques. Caitlin was born and raised in Bakersfield and she is passionate about serving her community.
A nurse practitioner is also known as an advanced practice registered nurse who has completed specialized training to provide diagnosing and treating illnesses, prescribing medications and managing chronic conditions.

Stacie has been a nurse providing care to our community since 2018 and continued her education to receive her masters in nursing. Stacie enjoys helping patients with chronic skin conditions and developing personalized care.
