If you are looking for a Board Certified Podiatrist in Northern or Southern Dutchess County, we welcome you to our practice.

Dr. John L. Zboinski and Dr. Richard H. Frankel are licensed podiatrists and believe their patients deserve to have the information needed to make good choices about their foot and ankle care. Our goal is to educate each patient and begin a relevant treatment program with the highest quality of care available. We know you have many options when choosing us.  We will work together to find the answers that will comfort you and bring you relief for whatever your foot or ankle disorder.

We take pride in providing you with a comfortable office experience. Our qualified staff is friendly and will ensure a pleasant visit. Our main office is conveniently located in the Medical Arts Building on the Northern Dutchess Hospital Campus at 91 Montgomery Street in Rhinebeck, NY.  Our location has ample parking, wheelchair accessibility, and easy access to our front door.

Dr. Zboinski and Dr. Frankel have privileges at to Northern Dutchess Hospital and Vassar Brothers Medical Center.  In addition, our doctors treat patients at the Wound Care Centers of Northern Dutchess Hospital, Vassar Brothers Medical Center, and Sharon Hospital.

We offer same day visits for acute injuries such as sprains/strains, contusions, fractures, etc.  We have on-site x-rays so you won’t have to wait for hours in an emergency room.  Most insurances are accepted. We welcome patients with Workers’ Compensation and No-Fault injuries, including evaluations for out of work/out of school or return to work/return to school.

We are here to serve our community heroes: veterans, police officers, firefighters and all first responders.

  • Dany Y. Jabbour
    DPM, FACFAS

    Dr. Dany Y. Jabbour received his post graduate degree from the New York College of Podiatric Medicine in 2004. He completed an extensive surgical residency in Foot and Ankle surgery at Lutheran Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York. It was at Lutheran Medical Center, a Level 1 Trauma Center, where Dr. Jabbour also completed his fellowship in lower extremity trauma. Dr. Jabbour, originally a Brooklyn resident, currently resides in the Newburgh area of New York. Dr. Jabbour is an Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons and won an award for Best Podiatry Research during his residency. He is on staff at Mid-Hudson Regional Hospital at Westchester Medical Center, Northern Dutchess Hospital and Vassar Brothers Hospital. Dr Jabbour also treats patients at the Wound Care Center at Vassar Brothers Hospital. Dr. Jabbour is a compassionate doctor who enjoys his work and enjoys spending time with his family.
