  • John L. Zboinski
    DPM, FACFAS

    Podiatry, Surgery and Medicine of the Foot and Ankle, Sports Medicine and Children’s Heel Pain and Warts

    Dr. Zboinski is Board Certified by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery. He is a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. He has privileges at Northern Dutchess Hospital and Vassar Brothers Medical Center. In addition, for those patients with complicated wounds, Dr. Zboinski treats patients at the Wound Care Centers in Northern Dutchess Hospital, Vassar Brothers Medical Center, and Sharon Hospital.

    He is an Honorary Police Surgeon for the NYPD and a Police Surgeon for the New York State Police. Dr. Zboinski is a former Chief of Podiatric Surgery at New York Downtown Hospital.

    He completed a residency in Podiatric Orthopedics through the United States Veterans’ Administration at the FDR VA in Montrose, New York.

  • Richard H. Frankel
    DPM, FACFAS

    Podiatry, Surgery and Medicine of the Foot and Ankle, and Sports Medicine

    Dr. Frankel is Board Certified by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery. He is also Board Certified by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine. He is a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. He has privileges at Northern Dutchess Hospital and Vassar Brothers Medical Center. In addition, Dr. Frankel treats patients at the Wound Care Centers in Northern Dutchess Hospital and Vassar Brothers Medical Center.

    Dr. Frankel brings to the Hudson Valley his academic and practice experience from some of New York City’s most prestigious institutions. He holds a clinical and academic position at Weill Cornell Medical College. He was the Division Chief of Podiatric Surgery at Mount Sinai Beth Israel. He was Director of Podiatric Medical Education at Mount Sinai Beth Israel.

    He is an active member of the American Podiatric Medical Association and the New York State Podiatric Medical Association.

  • Dany Y. Jabbour
    DPM, FACFAS

    Dr. Dany Y. Jabbour received his post graduate degree from the New York College of Podiatric Medicine in 2004. He completed an extensive surgical residency in Foot and Ankle surgery at Lutheran Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York. It was at Lutheran Medical Center, a Level 1 Trauma Center, where Dr. Jabbour also completed his fellowship in lower extremity trauma. Dr. Jabbour, originally a Brooklyn resident, currently resides in the Newburgh area of New York. Dr. Jabbour is an Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons and won an award for Best Podiatry Research during his residency. He is on staff at Mid-Hudson Regional Hospital at Westchester Medical Center, Northern Dutchess Hospital and Vassar Brothers Hospital. Dr Jabbour also treats patients at the Wound Care Center at Vassar Brothers Hospital. Dr. Jabbour is a compassionate doctor who enjoys his work and enjoys spending time with his family.
