Examples of sick visits are common cold, cough, fever, flu like symptoms, strep throat, headaches, migraines, tick bites, upper respiratory conditions, (bronchitis, sinus infections) and other common illnesses.
To make an appointment for routine follow-ups, lab work, well-child visits, preventative visit, medication checks or an emergent problem, you will need to call our office as these types of appointments can’t be scheduled through our website.
FAILURE TO BE COMPLETELY HONEST ABOUT YOUR SYMPTOMS WHEN SCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT THROUGH OUR WEBSITE
MAY RESULT IN DISCHARGE FROM THE PRACTICE.
