Dr. Pirie Retiring at the End of 2021!

To My Dear Patients,

It is with a mixture of sadness and future hope that I am announcing the closing of my Periodontal Practice upon my retirement on December 31, 2021.

I have enjoyed a career in Periodontics and Implant Dentistry here at 77 Tollgate Rd for the last 42 years! It has blessed me with many professional and personal rewards that I will take with me. I have decided to bring my practice to a close to spend my remaining years enjoying spending time with my growing family.

For well over 2 years, I have tried to get a younger periodontist in this office to continue on, but I have had no luck! The Covid-19 pandemic and associated variants (Delta and Omicron) are providing many challenges to the practice of Dentistry. It has been an honor and privilege to serve all of you and I have gladly done so to the best of my ability. I can honestly say that you are not only my patients, but part of my “Dental Family”! These relationships will be indelible in my mind as I retire.

Rest assured that I have been diligent over the years sending all treatment correspondence to your general dentist. They will have all your periodontal records on file.

In closing, I want to publicly thank my dental staff, past and present, for the great care they have provided to you, my patients. I could not do what I do without their help!

Best Wishes for your future Health and Happiness!

Sincerely,
Dr. Pirie
