Appointments

To make an appointment, please call during office hours. If you cannot keep a scheduled appointment or will be delayed, call us as soon as possible. We request a 48 hour (two business days) notice when you have a change in plans and cannot make an appointed time.

Insurance and Billing

Pre-authorizations are often necessary before a periodontal claim is paid. As a non-participating office - the benefit may be paid directly to you. We ask that you keep us informed of any changes to your insurance in order to provide you with the best reimbursement possible from your insurance company.  We have several (interest-free) payment options available.  We participate with Care Credit and accept most major credit cards along with cash and check payments.

You are ultimately responsible for the payment of your account.  Our relationship is with you, our patient, not with your insurance company.  As a courtesy to you, we will process all of your claims and follow-up with your questions.
