Insurance Coverage Update

FDL Dermatology is out-of-network for all insurance plans and is an OPT-OUT Medicare provider. Our office is direct pay and payment is due at the time of service. We offer affordable and transparent pricing with no hidden or additional charges after your visit. Same day appointments are available and we are able to accommodate most patients within a week of their appointment request. All of our appointments are 2-3 times longer than other dermatologists and always with Dr. Courtney Herbert, a board-certified dermatologist.
