Should you have an unexpected dental concern, or in case of an after-hours emergency, please contact our office. We provide an after-hours voice mail service and will make every effort to call you back as soon as possible. Referrals
To ensure you receive the best care for your special dental needs, we will strive to work in coordination with your referring dentist. With your permission we will forward your dental records, x-rays, and any pertinent information about your dental health.

If you have recent x-rays of the teeth to be treated, please bring them from your dentist's office or email them to [email protected]. We will usually need to take an additional x-ray for comparison.
Minors must be accompanied by a parent or a guardian at the first appointment.
Fees are payable at the time of service.
