Why use the patient portal?
- Almost all forms (including NYS school forms, athletic forms, daycare forms, PT/OT/ST scripts) along with your child's immunization records are available in the portal.
- You can now request medication refills in the portal (to be completed within 2 business days).
- Need a referral for a subspecialist? Just fill out our referral request form in the patient portal.
- Have a non-urgent question? Our providers or nurses can be messaged through the portal. We will try to respond as quickly as possible, but please give us up to 2 business days to respond.
- You can pay your balance.
