    Hello! My name is Dr. Samantha Lee, but I go by Dr. Sunny. I graduated from Indiana University School of Dentistry this past May 2020. I am very excited to be joining the Elkhart Dental Center and providing care to the Elkhart community. In my free time, i enjoy playing with my dogs and spending time with family and friends. I love to smile, and I hope you do as well!

COVID-19 Update

Elkhart Dental Center

 Dear Patients,

  We will ask you to call our office when you arrive for your appointment from your car to check-in. Our team member will greet you at the entrance and bring you into your designated operatory for treatment. If you are ill or have a fever, please reschedule your appointment.  Everyone entering the office will be screened for a fever. We ask that only the patient and/or one accompanying adult enter at the time of your appointment.  We will also discontinue the use of our waiting area during this pandemic.

 Our office has always made cleanliness and best practices for infection control a top priority.  With the ongoing worldwide COVID-19 pandemic, our normally rigorous disinfection procedures will be enhanced to include all team members wearing N95 masks and personal protective equipment.  All team members will be screened for illness and fever at the start of the workday. All high touch surfaces will be disinfected frequently.

 Our office has been open two days a week to emergency patients during the quarantine with approximately 20 patients per day.  With our enhanced safety procedures, we have not had any incidents of COVID-19 during this time period.  We will be vigilant in protecting the health and safety of our patients and team as we make preparations to reopen.

 We will continue to monitor the latest guidelines from the Indiana Department of Public Health, American Dental Association, Indiana Dental Association and OSHA and modify our protocols and practices as necessary.

 We are unwavering in our commitment to provide you with highest level of dental care.  Thank you for your understanding and placing your trust in our office as we navigate through the COVID-19 pandemic.
