Insurance and Billing
We accept and file with most traditional insurance plans, as long as you are free to choose your own dentist. We also accept Hoosier Health Wise (Medicaid). Elkhart Dental Center does not participate in Health Management Organizations; however, we will be happy to file your insurance claim for you. We accept cash, checks, and all credit cards.
