Lovelight is thrilled to offer an online patient portal. A patient portal provides numerous benefits for families. Once an account is created, you will download an application onto your smartphone (or visit a web link), where you have helpful resources available to you. You can
- review your child's medical record, including growth charts and vitals
- print information, such as vaccination records and recent physicals
- submit requests for forms, which can then be filled out & returned to you by email (sports physicals, daycare forms, WIC forms, etc)
- send non-urgent direct messages to Dr. Sisler and her staff, which will be returned within 48-72 hours
- upload photos to send to Dr. Sisler for review and comment, which will then attach to your child's medical record for future reference
- review and track lab results
To request an invitation and create an account for your child(ren), simply call our office (301-533-7060) anytime, and an invitation will be sent to your preferred email address.
