Our office is located right next door to the Rockville City Police Department. We are only 3 minutes away from our previous location

Parking Information: Please enter the parking lot and drive down to Level P1 (First Level of the under garage) and park in any of the reserved parking spaces marked for Rockville Dental Center. Parking is free for our patients.

  • Dr. Jianming Duan
    (aka Dr. Jimmy)

    Dr. Jianming Duan (aka 'Dr. Jimmy') graduated from the prestigious University of Pennsylvania, School of Dental Medicine. He brings state of the art dentistry to the practice, including a new digital X-ray system, Lumineers, Invisalign/ClearCorrect (Invisible braces), rotary endodontic system, and dental implants. The latest technologies of dentistry and his outstanding training background allow him to provide the highest quality of comprehensive dental care.

  • Dr. Steven Liu

    Dr. Steven Liu earned his DMD from the University of Pennsylvania, School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Liu pursued two post-doctoral certificates in Periodontics (healthy gums), Prosthetics (tooth replacement) and Fixed Prosthodontics, as well as Implant Surgical and Prosthetic training. Dr. Liu was an assistant professor/clinical educator of Restorative Dentistry in the Department of Preventive and Restorative Sciences and the director of the Implant Dentistry Course at the University of Pennsylvania.

  • Dr. Susan (Shuyan) Rofe

    Dr. Susan (Shuyan) Rofe grew up in China where she graduated from dental school. After moving to the USA she first obtained a Master's Degree in Computer Science, and she later went back to dental school at NYU where she graduated in the top percentile with her DDS degree. After dental school, Dr. Rofe went on for advanced general residency training at the University of Michigan Hospital where she worked with cancer patients as well as other complex medical patients. After residency training, she worked both in a public health clinic as well as private practice. 

    Dr. Rofe moved to the state of Maryland in 2017 to be closer to her parents. In addition, Dr. Rofe (Captain Rofe) is a commissioned dental officer for the Maryland National Guard. Dr. Rofe is well-loved by both her colleagues and her patients for her kindness, gentleness, and compassion towards people. Dr. Rofe is a passionate learner; she has attended over 250 hours of continuing education classes. Dr. Rofe recently finished the two-year implant Continuum Course at University of Maryland School of Dentistry. She is now placing implants at our clinic. 

    In her spare time, Dr. Rofe enjoys spending time with her family, serving in the Army, reading, photography, running and traveling.

  • Dr. Guanglin Li

    Dr. Guanglin Li was born in China and raised in Fairfax, Virginia. Dr. Li graduated with dual majors in biology and economics from the University of Virginia (go hoos!).. Following undergraduate studies, Dr. Li pursued a lifelong dream of becoming a dentist, graduating with honors from the esteemed Arizona School of Dentistry. During her time there, she trained at multiple public health facilities across the country, helping underserved communities. Since then, Dr. Li has been committed to providing high-quality and comprehensive dental care, blending expertise with empathy to create positive experiences for patients. Dr. Li currently resides in Columbia, Maryland, with her husband, who is also a dentist. Dr. Li finds joy in both personal and professional pursuits. Outside the dental office, they thrive on an active lifestyle, enjoying workouts, outdoor adventures, and yoga sessions; together they also love exploring new culinary delights in local restaurants. Dr. Li, driven by a shared passion for dentistry and a love for life's simple pleasures, continues to inspire health and happiness in her community, one smile at a time.
