Appointments

All appointments are scheduled as needed for care and convenience of our patients in mind. The Dermatology Center knows that your time is valuable. We try very hard to not keep you waiting and our friendly reception staff can arrange your appointment at times to fit your busy schedule.

The Dermatology Center requires a 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations, please note that additional charges may be incurred if the appointment is not cancelled in this time frame.

Insurance and billing

We accept most traditional insurance plans. Please contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. Qualifications for insurance coverage may differ due to the uniqueness of each procedure. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement. You will need to follow your insurance company's guidelines on referral to a specialist.

* We encourage all patients to check with their insurance companies for benefits and coverage. All copayment and/or uninsured patient payments are to be made at the time of service.

* We are contracted with the insurance companies listed above. As a courtesy to our patient we can file non-contracted insurance plans, but this does not guarantee coverage and/or payment.

Payment Options

The Dermatology Center, PSC accepts all major credit cards, debit cards, cash, and check for reimbursement of services provided. All insurance co-payments, deductibles, and uninsured patient's payments are due at time of service. Payment arrangements are available on some cosmetic procedures.
