Dr.Duane Banet, MD
Duane Banet, MD, is board certified in dermatology and is a member of the American Medical Association and the American Academy of Dermatology along with local and state medical societies. A native of Southern Indiana, Dr. Banet graduated from Indiana University. He received his medical degree from the University of Louisville School of Medicine. His internship was completed at St. Vincent's Hospital in Indianapolis, and he performed his dermatology residency at the University of Missouri. Dr. Banet is married, has 3 sons, and strong roots in the community.

Emily Miller, ARNP
Emily Miller, ARNP, serves as an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner with experience in both women's health and dermatology. A native of Floyd County, she received her Bachelor's and Master's degrees in nursing from the University of Louisville. She is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner with the American Nurses Credentialing Center and is a member of the Nurse Practitioner Society of the Dermatology Nurses' Association. Emily is married and has one daughter and one son. Emily is a valuable asset to The Dermatology Center team.

Kathy Warinner-Spencer, ARNP
Kathy Warinner-Spencer, ARNP, is board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. A native of Southern Kentucky, Kathy has a Bachelors degree in Journalism from the University of Kentucky, a Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Bellarmine University, a Masters Degree in Nursing from Indiana Wesleyan University and has completed further post-graduate work in the University of Louisville. Kathy's interest lies with General Dermatology with previous practice experience in Internal Medicine. She and her husband live in Clarksville, Indiana.

Krissy Banet, PA-C, serves as a Physician Assistant with our office. A native of Columbia, Kentucky, she received her bachelor’s degree from Transylvania University, a Masters Degree in Public Health from the University of Louisville, and a Masters Degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Sullivan University. Krissy is married and has twin boys.

Brianna PattersonPA-C
Brianna Patterson, PA-C is a native of Southern Indiana. She received her Bachelor of Science from the University of the Cumberlands in Southeast Kentucky. After working in genetic sequencing and for a medical device company she attended the Harding University Physician Assistant Program in Arkansas.
Brianna began her dermatology practice in Arkansas following graduation before later moving to Northern Virginia to continue her dermatology career.
Brianna prides herself on a passion for early skin cancer detection and discussing preventative skincare measures with her patients.
Brianna is a member of both the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants.

Liz Dyer, a professional esthetician has worked in dermatology for more than 12 years. She has a medical assistant degree from Spencerian College. She has her esthetics license from Ideal Beauty College. She grew up in Louisville, Kentucky and has one child.
