Courtney Young is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who has been working with adolescents and adults in a variety of settings for the past 5+ years. She is passionate about her work and will greet you with compassion, an open-mind, and a curious spirit. She aims to create a nonjudgmental and safe space for clients to learn the skills to become aware of and process their most vulnerable thoughts and feelings in order to overcome anxiety, depression grief, trauma, and guilt.
Courtney earned her Master of Arts degree in Holistic Counseling with a CAGS in Mental Health Counseling from Salve Regina University and received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology along with a focus in Behavioral Neuroscience from Rhode Island College.
