Directions From Route 206
Exit Columbus (Exit is North of the farmers market on Route 206). Drive through the Village of Columbus heading West (Main Street). The office will be down on the Right side. You will then see the Mansfield Commons. The sign on the road has Phoenix OBGYN and The Burlington Cardiology Group. The Foot and Ankle Group sign is on the building. We our Suite 101.
From Route 130
Head East on Route 543 which is Florence-Columbus Road. Cross over the New Jersey turnpike and 295. You will go through the light at Jacksonville Road. You will pass Homestead Drive on the Right. The building will be on the Left. You will then see the Mansfield Commons. The sign for Foot & Ankle Group is on the building. The road sign has Phoenix OBGYN and The Cardiology Group. Our office is suite 101.
