Dr. Norton is a graduate of the Foot and Ankle Surgery Residency at the Jefferson Health System in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania where he served as Chief Resident in 2020-21. Dr. Norton has a special interest in lower extremity trauma, complicated reconstructive limb deformities, as well as diabetic limb salvage. He is certified in hyperbaric oxygen therapy for treatment of lower extremity wounds/infections. Dr. Norton is American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery qualified.
