Dr. Blanca K. Gutierrez, MD

Dr. Gutierrez is a board-certified pediatrician who recently joined the CHMA San Diego team after relocating from Chicago. She earned her medical degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC) and completed her Pediatric residency training at Loyola University Medical Center.
Dr. Gutierrez is passionate about education and providing patient-centered care. She believes in shared decision-making and ensures that families have the information they need to make informed decisions about their children's health. With experience working with underserved populations, Dr. Gutierrez is committed to addressing healthcare disparities and delivering high-quality care to all children. Fluent in both Polish and Spanish, Dr. Gutierrez can effectively communicate with a diverse range of patients.
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Gutierrez enjoys spending time with her family and her puppy, Oliver, as well as exploring her new home in San Diego.
