Appointments

Please try to arrive 15 minutes early for your appointment to register and fill out any needed paperwork. Bring your child's insurance card and your photo ID with you to each visit. Also, if someone other than the parent or guardian brings your child to their appointment we need to have written permission in the chart that that person is authorized to bring your child to the appointment and consent to medical treatment. This is best done ahead of time but can sometimes be done on the day of the visit.

Appointments are now readily available. Call our office to schedule an appointment now before the 'back to school' rush. For babies it is best to schedule the next routine visit at the end of each visit.

Infants are seen in the first week of life and then at 2 weeks, 1 , 2, 4, 6, 9 and 12 months. The next visits are at 15, 18, 24 and 30 months. Children and teens should have a checkup once a year beginning at age 3 years. Telehealth visits are possibly available for infants at 9months and 15 months. Check with your child's provider.

For a sick appointment please call early in the day for a same day appointment. We try to see sick children within 24 hours of your call. Our triage nurses can give valuable advice about caring for your sick child.

After hours and on weekends there is always a provider on call. Call the office number and follow the instructions to leave a message for the provider to call you back. There is also an option to leave a message for a "same day express appointment". These calls will be returned between 7-8:30 am each weekday morning by our appointment scheduler.
