We are in-network with Delta Dental, BCBS of TN, Cigna, Humana, Ameritas,Guardian,United Healthcare,Lincoln Financial and Tenncare Children Medicaid.  We accept most traditional insurance plans and we will be happy file to your insurance  Michael W. King DDS PLC does not participate in Health Management Organizations.
