If you would like to make an appointment, please contact our office by phone or email. Our office facilitates communications and emergency calls, and appointments are available and welcome, especially for new patients seeking help.
Affordable Payment Options
We have many payment options to help you to help you with your dental needs.
- When you pay in full at the time of services with cash, check, or credit card, we offer you a 5% courtesy adjustment.
- We offer many 0% or low interest payment plans.
- Sign up today for our Dental Reimbursement Program to help save you money.
- We accept most dental insurances; we will happily process any insurance claims for you at no charge and do our best to get you all of the coverage you are entitled. Please be advised, however, that most dental insurances do not cover 100% of your full fee, with many only covering only 50% or no reimbursement for services. Your insurance plan was chosen by your employer with the insurance company; we have no say over your allowances. We will do our best to estimate your fees and co-pays, but we cannot guarantee our estimates as our information is only as good as the insurance representative from which we receive it.
No Dental Insurance?
We understand the growing cost of dental treatment and want to offer our patients an option to take part in our Detar’s Rewards Program. Designed with your preventive needs in mind, it focuses on ensuring you are able to achieve dental prevention while also offering you discounts for more extensive dental needs with the best dentist in town!
Our Program membership is for 12 months. It includes 2 cleanings and exams with fluoride treatments, a full set of digital dental x-rays, and a yearly oral cancer evaluation. In addition, we offer you 20% off of all of your dental treatments with 10% off of braces/Invisalign, and 50% off of in-office whitening and bleaching trays.

Cancellation
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
