YOUR FIRST VISIT
Your first visit to our dental office establishes a vital foundation for our relationship with you. Each patient is a unique person with individual needs. During your first visit, we make sure to obtain important background information to understand your needs, and give you time to get to know Dr. Ken Bendik and our staff. We look forward to answering your important questions and addressing your concerns.
Once we have schedule your first appointment you will receive a welcome email with important information. It will include registration forms, our address and directions, parking suggestions, and information to forward dental insurance and previous dental records to our office email: [email protected].
