APPOINTMENTS
We know you have many choices when choosing a Dentist, so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our Web site. Once you have submitted a request we will contact you to schedule an appointment at a mutually convenient time. You can also call us directly (310) 271-1140 to schedule an appointment. If, for any reason, you cannot keep a scheduled appointment or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible.
INSURANCE AND BILLING
We accept most traditional insurance plans, including many PPO plans. We will be happy to file your insurance claims for you. Please contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. We do not participate in Health Maintenance Organizations (HMO).
Dental insurance can be complicated and every insurance company has a variety of plans they offer. We will do our best to help you navigate your dental insurance. Because your insurance policy is a contract between you (or your employer) and the insurance company, we highly encourage you to learn about and know your dental insurance benefits. We suggest you contact your individual insurance company or representative to obtain this information.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
We offer you the convenience of contact-free, Mobile-App payments using VENMO or Zelle. And we also accept checks, cash or credit cards payments. We also offer a personalized flexible payment plans. Please see our Office manager for details.
