Pediatric Associates are committed to keeping your children healthy. Regular check ups are vitally important for your child’s health. At these visits, we perform a full physical exam and examine your child's growth and development, as well as, discuss age specific health, behavior and safety issues. Our providers look forward to providing a medical home for your children. It is important to fill out all forms ahead of your visit, either via our patient portal or by printing them, this is give you the most time to discuss them with your provider. All school/sports/camp forms can be completed at your child’s check up. Scheduling your child's well visit can be done by calling 203-744-1680 or you can request an appointment through our website.
