Dr. Feinberg attended the University of Wisconsin – Madison where he received his undergraduate degree in biochemistry. He then obtained his medical degree at the University of Illinois College of Medicine, where he was elected to Alpha Omega Alpha and distinguished as one of the top students in his class. Dr. Feinberg went on to complete a 5-year residency in Otolaryngology/Head & Neck Surgery at the University of California – Irvine. During his residency, he received the Academic Achievement Award, the Triologic Society Resident Research Award, and the AAOHNS Foundation Resident Travel Award. He also completed a Clinical Fellowship in Laryngeal Surgery at Massachusetts General Hospital, where he served as an instructor in the Department of Surgery at Harvard Medical School. Following his fellowship, he was recruited to Hoag Hospital in Newport Beach, California in order to develop and direct the Hoag Voice and Swallowing Center. Dr. Feinberg has been practicing medicine in Newport Beach since 2008. He is board certified in Otolaryngology/Head & Neck Surgery and specializes in voice and swallowing disorders.
