Veterans & Active Duty Military
Out of our gratitude and heartfelt appreciation for those that serve or have served in our military, we provide all services to our veterans, reserves and active-duty military members at no cost.
Veterans may obtain referrals for our services through the United States Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). Upon obtaining this referral from the VA, veterans are welcomed to our office with no out-of-pocket expense.
Reserves military members can be referred to our Puyallup office through OptumServe, previously known as LHI.
