Appointment and Phone Hours
Our normal office hours are Monday - Friday 8:00am – 12:00pm and 1:00pm – 5:00pm. Office visits are by appointment only. To reach us please call the office starting at 8:10am in the morning, or call and leave a message and we will call you back. We do offer occasional Saturday hours; you may inquire with our staff.

Appointment Policy
We understand that situations and emergencies occur at times. If you cannot keep your appointment, please call the office to notify us immediately so we can offer this appointment to another patient. Failure to do so may result in a No-Show fee of $50 for a well-child visit and $25 for a sick or follow-up visit. Families that continue or have multiple No Show appointments unfortunately will be discharged from the practice.
After-hours Calls
If you are having a life-threatening emergency, please call 911 immediately or proceed to the nearest emergency room. If necessary, the emergency room will contact Gold Pediatrics LLC’s on-call provider.
If you have an urgent non-life-threatening medical question or need medical advice, please call our office number 301-517-9710, listen to the entire recording and leave a message with the patient’s name, date of birth and call back number. Please note: To receive a call back you must leave a message, do not send portal messages.
We recommend the following after hours pediatric urgent care centers, if your child needs medical care when Gold Pediatrics LLC’s office is closed.
